Pros

Employee discount, meeting new people, I derived great satisfaction in being able to help customers, customer service driven, flexible hours.

Cons

Low pay, low promotion possibility, lack of workplace continuity due to frequent transfers of managers, minimal staffing due to budget cuts.

Pros

As far as management pay goes, this is by far the best company I've worked for, even with the cuts in hours, which brings me to the bad.

Cons

It seems that, more and more, the economic situation has attempted to be fixed at the store level, The thinking seems to be that, the mgmt can pick up the slack.
