Pros

It's a steady paycheck that is not involved in the food service industry, which is about the best I can say.

Cons

There is constant internal bickering, extremely little room for advancement, and little to no support for employees (only for customers)

Pros

There's flexible hours, pretty positive environment, and also really easy. If you pay attention and learn quickly, you'll have no problem.

Cons

Can be pretty boring at times, and a lot also depends on your co-workers, which you obviously won't know until then.

Pros

I started working at Walgreens as a technician while completing my undergraduate degree before pharmacy school. The company treats its technicians okay but has great opprotunities for pharmacists, which I plan on taking full advantage of.

Cons

The biggest downside of working for Walgreens is the constant cutting of technician hours. Managment expects us to do extra work while constantly cutting our hours based solely on script count.
