Pros

The employees work hard, profit sharing is great (3 to 1 matching on first 2%), and you can work anywhere in the country (if you're store level)

Cons

Salary is not great, work-life balance is terrible: you're expected to work whenever needed, 6am to 10pm. Difficult to have a regular schedule. Management doesn't really care what the employees think. Equipment is antiquated.
