Pros

Pay is ok in MA, good health insurance and profit sharing.

Cons

Horrible schedule, especially for assistant managers. I mean how is one supposed to have a life. My schedule is so horrible as to where I can't take my baby to daycare because no one would accept me at daycare (every daycare needs a set schedule). No breaks, especially at night shift (no one to cover) that must be illegal.

Pros

It is a stable company that's growing. It's is also a huge organization with opportunities for job advancement for many.

Cons

Managers play favorites. The company is determined to expansion regardless of the implications and sometimes it seems as they don't have a plan on how to get there.
