Pros

It was an easy place to look for other jobs since you never work when everyone else works. Worked every evening and every weekend.

Cons

Everything else. The customers are the worst, the employees are really bad, regional management is full of it and the company is soulless.

Pros

The pay is ok for what it is. The job does not require much thought or education to do. It is the same thing everyday, so if you like that kind of work then go for it.

Cons

For the most part, they tell you that you can go from mgt to mgr in 1-2 years. But in reality, you have to brown nose and be buddy buddy with the MGR and DM to get anywhere. The customers can be a drag. If they want to fire you, they will use any excuse to do it.
