Pros

starting pay is above minimum wage, clean pleasant work environment. Pay goes up upon certification.

Cons

It depends on your supervisor whether they will work around school schedules etc. Often tech scedules are doneby senior techs.

Pros

The salary for a non store manager is pretty good. You get good benefits with one of the better matches when it comes to the profit sharing plan.

Cons

Once you become an EXA the road to store manager can be a long one. The way they are changing now doesn't reward the 60-70 hours per week you end up working as a salaried employee. They would rather pay a person $11.00 per hour and get a lot less work than to pay managers.

Pros

It gets me out of the house and gives me money to buy some cheap things.

Cons

Too many to list. Most of the problems stem from upper management keeping secrets. Morale is destroyed.
