Pros

Wonderful strong company. Great district level management (D171).

Cons

We are an ever changing company and a new change for 2010 is called POWER. From the RPh's in FL, it is a major disaster. It could be the demise for our company. We should also have beeen better prepared for training immunizers instead of a bum-rush at the end.

Pros

They have a very good benefits package. They promote from within, They work hard to make sure their employees are treated fairly.

Cons

Management works long hours. Things are ever changing. Management does a good job of communicating these changes, but their is a sense of instability within the company.
