Pros

It's a clean, organized store that has everything you might need right there. Your fellow employees become like family to you.

Cons

Customers are mean and employees are always dissatisfied with management. Management only cares about petty things but ignore major issues. Rules are not regulated and people get away with everything, but if you sit down you get in trouble....makes no sense. You work way too hard for what you get paid. It's an endless list of expectations you never meet.

Pros

Good benefits (healthcare, dental), stock options, flexible hours, good equipment, disscount on store items

Cons

drive through is annoying, heavy load of work with little compensation, sometimes they cut hours if you fall under a certain amount of hours you loose benefits and if you can't achive certain hourly amount you cannot become a Sen. Tec, even thoug you do all the Sen. Tec. work, employee satisfaction is not a strong side of walgreens,
