Pros

Everyone always has something to do. Walgreens does care about their employees. You can move up with Walgreens pretty fast if your a hard worker. In tens months I went from a cashier, to head photo specialist to a Shift lead.

Cons

They really push stores to sell their brand "Nice". The new slogan "Be Well" is a little odd. But I guess it will work.
