Pros

Coworkers and friendships made, additionally some of the patients I've known as a pharmacist are the only bright spots at this awful company

Cons

Not enough technician hours, they continually cut hours in front of store and in pharmacy. It's a giant corporation so their obligation is to shareholders and Wall Street. Period. Anything they say about employees or customers rings hollow in terms of caring about them. Technicians are underpaid. Pharmacists are put in situations in which they are expected to do too much with too little, all the time, which puts patient safety at risk. Overwhelming environment in dysfunctional pharmacy settings that keeps getting made worse by corporate greed and staffing cuts. There are too many cons. I could go on and on.

Pros

CPO makes working at high volume stores incredibly easy. Excellent computer system, completely simplifies many processes in the pharmacy.

Cons

No lunch break, sometimes you stand for 14 hours without a break. Usually they are desperately looking for people to cover shifts so I will get a call every day off of mine to work, had to start ignoring these calls so they would leave me in peace! I will also get calls to work doubles after I just worked a double. Customer service is priority. Don't think you will train rude customers to behave differently. Management will not support you in this.
