Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything, aside from the discount you get.

Cons

The "customer is ALWAYS right" mentality, they focus on sales and care little for their employees, the pay was very low, you will be reminded of how replaceable you are daily, no compassion for injured/disabled employees.
