Pros

The work team relationship was the only Pro.

Cons

Everything else that wasn’t mentioned. Compensation Disrespectful/prejudiced Directors Some Pharmacy managers/techs negative treatment towards patients Patients who call with complaints usually decide to discontinue business with the Pharmacy, and move to another competitor

Pros

Good pay for a part time job.

Cons

Training is all online and takes a lot of time to complete. They don't promote good employees to higher positions, instead they bring in people who have no experience at the store, leading to confusion at all levels.
