Pros

Benefits are good, flexible work from home capabilities. Interactions with most departments are positive. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. It’s a real shame that a few bad managers can ruin a good working environment.

Cons

CFO is MIA and allows his directors to bully and badger their staff. HR appears to be powerless to intervene. This place needs better checks and balances, and more structure for upper management. There doesn’t appear to be any direction from leadership what so ever.
