Pros

Family environment; caring and friendly environment

Cons

Corporate communication is fragmented; Management/leadership lacks the ability to own the message of "why". A lot of management are in place because they've learned how to survive the changes, not necessarily because they are qualified

Pros

Scheduling flexibility, open for a variety of hours

Cons

Management sucks, barely any training, not an environment where you can thrive/grow, come rules are very tedious and management is always on the defense.

Pros

Starting wages are above average for warehouse work. Incentives are nice. It is good if you like overtime.

Cons

Odd shifts. Hour calls if work is not completed at the end of the shift. Piece rates are hard to attain. Worked with one manager who was a control freak in Split Case. Not a lot of happy people.
