Pros

At this point.... nothing!!! The benefits the company offers aren’t enough for all of our hard work.

Cons

UNDERSTAFFING, they keep on cutting budget hours and expect you to increase the sales every year and doesn’t want any complaint from customers. Are you kidding??? Customer are very upset and instead of listening to them, the company sent us their complaints like it is our fault and need to apologize for something we can’t control. This is simple, you can’t expect the same great service when doing the same or more prescriptions with less than 150 hours of budget.

Run Away!

Pros

Great co-workers, not much else.

Cons

The company doesn't care about you. Hours have been drastically cut so you are always working shirt. They have taken away PTO from anyone who works less than 30 hrs/wk. You will be expected to run the register, photo, do resets, stock, Western Union, Fed Ex, online orders, etc. If you want to be worked to death (doing all of this is impossible) go for it. I was there for 9 yrs. It steadily went downhill and morale is non-existent.

Too little pay

Pros

some room for advancement, retirement benefits, ability to transfer between stores

Cons

wage caps, high turnover, jobs being removed, employees expected to do more work without more pay. I worked there for ten years. Went from photo technician to Store Team Lead. Did more work than assistant managers for way less pay. Transitioned to Senior Pharmacy Technician. Never received promotional pay because "I made too much." Unable to live on the wages I was making. When I was a Store Team Lead I would work until 2 a.m. and be expected back to work in six hours.
