Pros

- flexible scheduling - my pay is above minimum wage even though this is my first job - most customers are regulars and you build “relationships” with them - cool coworkers

Cons

- Rude/old grumpy customers that feel like they’re entitled to everything - the work is easy, but can be extremely tedious and mildly frustrating

Pros

Pay is decent, work isn't too complicated, Employee Day and discounts are nice.

Cons

Understaffed. I'm part time and they're pushing me to just a couple hours Short of full time and dismissing my availability requests for how many days a week. Seems like there's no opportunity for further discussion regarding my schedule.
