Pros

Discount is ok but not worth it. Promotion is easy only if you are liked by the manager. Being a great employee DOES NOT count.

Cons

Store managers promote pharmacy techs with no front end experience which means the cashiers are training managers which is sad. SOOO MUCH FAVORITISM AND UNFAIR SCHEDULING. MANAGERS DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE AN ILLNESS. Lots of employee and managers dating in this company which makes me feel uncomfortable all the time. after just a short time of working for Walgreens I almost quit tonight.
