Pros

You develop tough skin, learn to deal with every worse case you can think of, there’s options to get a extra shift at other stores if you’re strapped for cash, you learn skills that make your next job love you

Cons

Management is very personal and unprofessional, company doesn’t care for your well-being, rather throw an employee under the bus to save the company, if your boss doesn’t like you the company will not save you or send your report anonymously even if requested.

Pros

Scheduling that fits your schooling or whatever you need. Good benefits, and full benefits when you work only 30 hours a week.

Cons

Lots and lots of work to do. That is okay, but management doesn’t always schedule enough help to get it all done and they still expect you to do everything. It’s strange though, during the day when the main managers work, there seems to be an abundance of help. More help is needed at night when it’s usually busier and all the closing up chores need to be done.
