Pros

Team oriented environment, good rapport amongst employees, good benefits, well established company

Cons

As the budget fluctuates so does the amount of hours given to the store, it creates a stressful situation for hourly employees who depend on their hours to meet their economic needs.

Pros

401-k. Lenient scheduling. Friendly customers and staff

Cons

Pay is too low. Walgreens makes billions, but will not give raises above .30 a year for a CSA.
