Pros

The shift leads are great for the stores I worked in and generally if you are in a big store you have a lot of tasks in the day.

Cons

I was seasonal so I was moved around a lot, the customers and corporate culture don't align very well; the customers don't care about any of the promo that corporate does.

Pros

Sharp, always in a can do attitude, people friendly, ELITE tec savvy, a troubleshooter with costumer's, multi-tasker, Respectful , Reliable

Cons

I never concentrate on cons because it messes with your work momentum. I really have any, because I know what it takes to be a team-player.
