Pros

- Can work from home

Cons

- Lots of politics with a weak leadership team - Security team rules with a iron fist, and has leadership that abuses their power and influence. They will flat out block innovation not because of security purposes just because of politics. They lead by intimidation - Lots of systems and platforms outdated and completely out of support - Lack of stability in leadership. Many managers left while I was there - Lack of accountability and ownership from IT leadership - Medical benefits are horrible
