Pros

Benefits could be better, but they are okay; decent job security; long lasting relationships with coworkers.

Cons

No raises in years, grossly understaffed for level of business, high stress, plan to come in early and stay late (no additional compensation), no engagement from corporate. We have no voice. Low morale. Frequent shifts without food, beverage, or restroom (up to 14 hours).

Pros

Still some good people to work with

Cons

Corporate is taking everything away from the employee. Current CEO will continue to cut salaries, bonuses, and staff to prop up stock price.

Pros

-Diversity of training. -Yearly State Registration Renewal reimbursement.

Cons

-Salary not up to par. -Upper management hasn't the foggiest clues on how to run an area. -Favoritism, gender in-equality on both sides, promotions based off who you know not your worth or experience, and very poor choices overall in store manager promotions and transfers.
