Good Benefits, Pay is ok but you have to fight for it.

Cons

Management is awful, which results in poor leadership and bad attitudes. She made a friendly, fun, team driven store we were once all proud of go down the drain in a matter of months. The store is dirty and unkempt compared to a year ago. Employees are supposed to be "in charge" and "making the decisions " for our store, however the real problems cannot be addressed due to management. Its a no win situation.
