Pros

Flexible with my school hours, very consistent work schedule, management was reasonable. Was treated with respect and was spoken to like an adult. Was trusted with sensitive situations like closing registers and taking inventory, both skills I still incorporate today.

Cons

Pay was pretty low, 8 hours on your feet, can be very tiedious, customers were unruly, aggressive defensive funny looking coupon hoarders with a chip on their shoulder, cleaning disgusting bathrooms once in a great while.
