Pros

most coworkers are friendly enough

Cons

low pay terrible management in most stores corporate has expectations you can't physically meet not enough staff members working not encouraged to go higher in the company corporate and management don't ask for your advice don't miss work, ever, because you will be told after a few times that you will get fired if you call out any more than 5 times in one year. Maximum of 25 cent raises once a year Unless you have seniority, expect to work only nights I really could go on for another few pages about the cons of working here
