Pros

Pay, you get paid for all the overtime you work and you will get ot. Healthcare benefits, and they pay for your pharmacy licensing.

Cons

You might get one holiday off and it'll probably be Memorial Day. Babysitting adults. Way too many store goals to reach. Extremely overworked unless you work at a store that makes a lot of money. Then they give you labor hours like candy and you have the staff to even out the workload.
