Pros

For the most part everyone there works as a team.

Cons

They've reduced their staff a lot since 2011. Used to have 5 technicians working throughout the day now they have 2-3. Their pay is not competitive. It's basically based on whether the manager likes you enough to give you a raise. The upper management doesn't doesn't actually care to help their employees. Benefits are bad.

Pros

Great benefits, can be a fun place to work, very flexible with scheduling as far as needs for school or whatnot,

Cons

Lack of accountability as far as employees that don't work get away with everything. The employees that work hard and show up everyday get written up for the smallest things. I've been with the company coming up on 6 years and about to leave the company all together because I'm not making any money and the chance of be getting to the next level of management (ASM-T/ASM) seem to be getting less likely to happen. They don't fully train new employees before just putting them out on the floor or registers making it difficult for them to know what they are doing. That also makes lines backup and customers experience not so great. I've seen them take people off the street and put them straight to ASM-T (example one girl was hired from a coffee shop because it was to stressful there. She worked less than a week and never came back. Also kept a set of keys to the store). Where I've been working my tail off for that promotion for years and still get no further training and no advice on how to get there.
