Pros

The structure of Walgreens has changed. They are putting more pressure on long term employees 10+ years so they can leave or get fired. Then they put an much less experienced person in their place that make a third of what they use to make. I used to live, breath and eat Walgreens. Now my hours have disappeared and illegal tactics are being used to make me quit.

Cons

Once you are at the top of your pay range, there are NO MORE raises. But lots more to do. NO rewards after many years of work.

Pros

Learn a lot of different jobs. Very interesting. Most customers are very nice and just need to find what they need.

Cons

They make you ask people to donate to their favorite charity. They have plenty of money without ripping off the customer. I would not do it and got in trouble but they need the help. The pay is so low that people come and go fast,
