Pros

Pay was decent, most locations have decent hours from what I've seen

Cons

All of it. Summers? Expect corporate to reduce the AC to save a few dollars. When you see chocolate drooping off the shelves that's why. It got so bad we had an employee have heat flashes and had to go home several times. Did corporate care? Of course not. Let's go into the workload required by CSR's and shift leads. You're trained to specifically only work certain parts of the store while working the register. Then you learn that after COVID corporate decided to take a crew of 3-4 workers minimum to 1-2. So then you're told to work all parts of the store on top of the register, but still get chewed out when things aren't done. This isn't the fault of store managers, corporate specifically will not fund additional workers to reduce load.
