Pros

Has good benefits and work is consistent which helps pass the time. Good customer base depending on where the store is located.

Cons

Alot of times I had to close the store at 10:30pm and wouldn't get out until 11 or later. Then I would have to open the store the next morning. Didn't get much sleep and was stretched thin with only 1 employee sometimes and had to manage the entire store. Then they restructured the store and renamed my position only to find out that they were cutting my pay. I was making more money when I first started than I was when I finished 5 years later.

Pros

It was nice at the beginning. It felt like family colleagues are really nice . Patient flow depends on the location it can get really busy

Cons

They cut hours and took away HCT so most of the time you work alone and see the required number of patients per day

Pros

Fast paced retail work. Standardized procedures and expectations make cross training and store transfers a breeze.

Cons

Sometimes feel like the corporation matters more than the employees. Not a lot of room for upward mobility.
