Senior leadership is a joke. The pay is a joke. The constant budget cuts are a joke. You can not run a store on the hours they give you for your staff. "Frontier" is a joke. A very expensive failed attempt to empower employees, but then insist that managers coach the employees on how they want to handle problems. The purpose of the empowerment, was to utilize entry level employees to create solutions to KPI problems. Great idea, but we had to have one on one meetings to ensure they were coming up with good ideas. So basically, in a one on one, I would have to tell them how to increase or fix problems which completely negates their empowerment.
