Pros

Large co- job security. 401-k matching.

Cons

No pay raises for last 2 years. Continual cuts in RPh and tech hours. Short staffed, but increased demands. Too customer service focused vs health care focus. Does not provide support for what are “customer” problems when dissatisfied by providing “health care” service.

Pros

Pay check clear on time.

Cons

Slashed technician hours increasing pharmacist workload to unsafe levels. when brought up to management they lie to your face and say hours have been increased. they are making it miserable so that any employees there will leave. also last minute cut bonus by half in very sneaky way destroying any moral

Pros

Building friendships Learning about the healthcare landscape and how to improve the overall system Was a great company until ....... Stefano Pessina bought it and brought his cronies into the fold.

Cons

You name it and it is bad. Benefits—going downhill Bonuses — payouts stink now Commute — they don’t care where you live vs where you work Promotions—only if you are a female, minority, or a pharmacist. I could go on and on and on
