Pros

Top notch technology, and great IT support for that technology, bright clean work environment

Cons

They expect way too much of one person, the speed at which you push a prescription through, giving a minimum number of vaccines daily and there's really not room for much growth. It used to be such a friendly company to work for but now you're just a number.

Terrible company to work for

Pros

good benefits, they do offer disability after they cause you to have a nervous breakdown

Cons

The company only cares about making money, they do not care about the well-being of their employees or the well-being of their customers. I had a non-pharmacist member of corporate management threaten me for not recommending a drug to treat the runny nose of an infant. I was forced to work 12 hour shifts with no break at all.
