Great Pay, Long Hours

Pros

Great pay, paid time off and vacation hours, health benefits and 401k match

Cons

Long hours, goalpost-moving with bonuses, burnout dealing with customers. It really depends on the store, if you're in a low income area with high volume and low quality techs the job can be verrry demanding.

Pros

I don't think people are giving the company a chance they are new and still in infant stages. We have great benefits and they are trying to take our thoughts into consideration. They are no different than other companies they are trying to get good employees. I have no problems with the company they are trying to take care of us. Anytime i have asked for a day off i have always gotten it without any problems at all

Cons

Maybe a little longer lunch

Pharmacy Technician

Pros

I couldn’t find one other than they offer health insurance but you had to be full time to get it.

Cons

Everything about the work culture is negative and management plays favoritism. When you are new no one respects you and you are stuck doing everything no one else wants to do. The lead tech makes the Technician schedules and they literally control how much they want you to work. Promised full time. Got under 30 hours the first 3 months before I quit.
