Pros

The employees are the heart of the company, friendships have developed beyond the work location. Scheduling was flexible in most instances

Cons

Salaries were capped while health benefit cost raised yearly, bonuses reduced and stock bonus benefit eliminated over the past 3 years.

Pros

I honestly don't enjoy anything about the company. Waiting for the day my contract ends. Walgreens will always be a spot for new pharmacist that need a job right out of school.

Cons

Hours aren't available, horrible benefits, cutting stores and positions. You get threatened and treated like a child by the DMs who have a high-school education and no understanding of what upper level management really means.

Pros

Excellent salary with decent benefits. 30+ hours considered full-time. You practice independently. The scope of practice makes it pretty easy.

Cons

Management constantly changing services provided. You are a minion, not a person. Everyone gets the same raise/bonus no matter of your performance. Always wanting more with no recognition of what has been accomplished. Very patronizing. Not a professional atmosphere. You literally mop the floors and take the trash out. I didn't go to school to do that.
