Pros

Just cashier work, easy free money. Work isnt hard, pay is fine, good part time. Awesome coworkers.

Cons

Some shift leads love to act like the managers. Hard to get promoted to Shift Lead because no one ever leaves. District Managers take their jobs too seriously.
