Pros

I'm still paid for working there.

Cons

Anyone working under 30 hours per week has just had any paid time off yanked out from under them. That includes holidays. Walgreens no longer values their employees. Culture has been ruined in the last 5 years.

Pros

Not much to consider a pro.

Cons

If you like working in an environment where there is nothing but harassment, discrimination, illegal labor practices and so forth. This is the company for you. There is an OPEN DOOR POLICY to report any issues, but it is all for show. Nothing is investigated nor followed up on. I have witnessed Pharmacist and techs dropping pills on the floor and picking them up and putting them inside bottles for customers. Pharmacy area where food is being eaten and handles along side Meds. Sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, Labor issues, threat and intimidation by Mgmnt to staff. The list goes on.
