Pros

None. Not one positive thing to say about Walgreens

Cons

Short handed, lazy mangement, rude customers, trucks almost everyday to unload and put on shelves, and a pharmacy full of the laziest people on earth

Pros

Almost impossible to get fired, pay is decent, benefits are ok.

Cons

Not enough labor, managers have to do everything, inconsistent and unrealistic leaders at the district level and higher, run by terrible senior leadership, poor work schedule provides almost no work/life balance, need to know someone high up or be a “favorite” to advance, don’t value higher education in the store level employees, and worst of all an absolutely terrible program called Frontier.
