Pros

They have Good Benefits, Great Profit Sharing, Opportunity for Promotions, Pay based on position not based on personal preference favortism,

Cons

They allow their District Managers too much power to govern one district completely different than the one next door. If you happened to get stuck in a different district it is almost like you have to learn how to work in a completely different company.

Pros

Being able to do something different ever day, meeting new people all the time and helping make peoples days better.

Cons

can be long hours, and can be a challange with the amount of hours each store has to work with. It is possible to deal with issues that can be mentally draining

Pros

Not a bad salary for little experience, benefits are good compared to competitors

Cons

More stock work than management, never had a weekend off in the two years I worked for them, rarely had two consecutive days off, store manager refused to let me have more than one day off while my wife was in the hospital in the ICU unit, sick days are nonexistent.
