Pros

Just got the pay check

Cons

Work life balance was terrible because of the 10 hour shifts being salaried. I had to track down coaches to do their portion of the required GRID worksheets weekly but they got paid more than me! I also had to report it my MAPM and store manager which was always conflicting. I stayed for the paid time off that I had accrued for working there for 11 years.
