Pay above minimum wage. Never bored Exciting job

Cons

Risky job if you care about stopping shoplifters Frustrating when police doesn't do their part with the shoplifters and they're back to the store

Pros

The pay's decent depending on the location. You stay busy. It's a solid job.

Cons

Can be very difficult to get the training you need and some how it's your fault when 3 months pass and you're still not fully trained. You can have leave retroactively denied if it's short notice and then you lose your job because of point accumulation.
