Pros

It's a job? I guess...

Cons

They lied about the pay on the job listing, paying less than the posted range, ignoring my related experience. They ask your availability, then ignore you, asking "Should I end this interview, or do you need this job? When assaulted by customer, Team Lead asked "Were you injured? No? Then just smile and walk away." Favoritism runs rampant.

Pros

Fun job, decent pay, good coworkers.

Cons

The coach actively gets in the way of you doing your job. They expect you to work with other employees to do your job, but will yell at you if they see you speaking to other employees.
