Pros

competitive starting pay if you bring some experience to the table, management is very competent for the most part

Cons

Market teams are out of the loop completely when it comes to the daily workings of a store. Bennifits could be better, but their not THAT bad. Policies contradict each other often. Due to recent law suits, it is almost impossible to get a promotion as a white male.

Pros

It is not a hard place to work for and it has a very diversified work force, so there is always something to learn.

Cons

With the diversity sometimes comes drama. A lot of people that work there have nothing but that place to think about. They are there when they are off spending their paycheck and live in the place. Not enough pay to have extra, but just enough to get by; That's the best way I know to describe it.
