Pros

You can make your own schedule if you catch enough shoplifters. You can also wear what you want every day.

Cons

The worst part is pay. I maxed out for my compensation and that is only $11.20 an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

It's fun to play hide and seek, and catch the thieves in the end. You can wear what you want, sometimes set your own hours.

Cons

Some store managers are not cool. You have to always keep your cover...even to employees.

Pros

Clear Path for Advancement, No working off the clock or skipping breaks (for associates not managers), Tons of team building activities, volunteer oppertunities.

Cons

Incompetent management, frequent change in management, a lot of zero tolerance rules make it easy to be fired, a few employees do a large share of the work while many stand around and socialize without correction from management.
