Pros

Some work days are slow but you’re kept busy with projects for the store or you help in other areas

Cons

Management team is horrible at my store, they don’t appreciate their associates the way they should some managers never say thank you a lot of times managers current and new let their title get to their heads and they think that because they’re higher up that they can treat people howerver they want and they can’t.

Pros

Friendly and busy environment. If you work hard it is easy to be acknowledged for it and you will be able to build relationships with management.

Cons

Customers who blame you for problems outside your control. Management hires new associates instead of increasing hours or making part timers full timers to save bonus and benefit dollars and it is frustrating when you work hard.
