Pros

Great co worker's. Moving to different positions in store is available. Advancing up in store is possible. Keeps up with competitive wages. Great benefits the longer your with the company.

Cons

Stressful. Hard to get time off. Hours aren't very flexible. Struggled with attendance with their policies. Managers always forget associates are people too.

Pros

I enjoyed gardening and photography and this was a way for me to help others in those areas.

Cons

You get pulled to a variety of departments, some of which you have no training such as sporting goods or hardware, and even ask if you have automotive experience so as to pull you there. Your status may be "Lawn and Garden" or Photo lab" associate or technician, but when people call off you get put where they want you.

Pros

Opportunities to move up are there, available for you. You get a MyShare bonus twice a year.

Cons

Management is blind and doesn't see what you've accomplished until its too late; or someone else has taken credit for it.
