flexible, fast paced, room for advancement, decent benefits/ incentives, can work multiple areas to attain extra hours if needed

unorganized, disrespectful direct supervisors, terrible pay for a multi-billion dollar company, lack of cooperation with higher management for placing complaints,

Pros

Flexible schedule, Better than minimum wage, Ability to change positions within the company, You get to interact with a lot of different people(this can also be a con).

Cons

Big disconnect between management and employees. Seemed like you had to know someone to advance in the company. Assigned new jobs that you were not hired to do and not paid more for doing them.
