Pros

There is a variety of jobs you can work. If you get bored with one job or you want to change to something else you don't have to leave the company. Depending on what store you work for there is great support in wanting to advance.

Cons

At the end of my employment with this company I was so tired of the drama. Management would make your schedule in advance and then change it without your knowledge or your consent. I had to get irate one day when I came in ready to work at 12 p.m. and my schedule had been changed to start work at 2 p.m. I am not a slacker -- I always show up for work on time and I always work hard, and this hadn't been the first time that the situation occurred. Wal-Mart used to be a great company to work for but now they are all about the bottom line. They found STUPID reasons to fire their full-time employees so they don't have to offer as many people health insurance and there is no respect for the "little person".

Pros

You get a 10% discount at an already low-priced store. In the photo lab, you can play with pictures during slow times. It was enjoyable to be around some fun and nice people, but a pain to be around others...

Cons

Management always went against policy to appease angry customers and ended up making us employees look like a-holes... They don't keep up with their jobs, period.
