Pros

Upward mobility, Challenging work and a friendly environment. Management is willing to take risks in allowing career changes within the organization.

Cons

Old Management in place that have become content with poor performance with little accountability. Many internal long term employees feel they deserve special recognition due to time served rather than performance.
