Pros

* Fortune 1 company. Big opportunity to make a difference in the world because of scale and reach. * Great pay. Base salary that is high compared to other SF companies. Good equity and bonus. * Diversity. This is surprising to most but we work with people from all backgrounds. I learn so much from my co-workers.

Cons

* CFO lacks respect for the employees and their personal lives. She's disorganized, misses or is often very late for meetings and imposes deadlines at the last minute due to poor time management. If you plan to work in Finance, don't count on weekends or vacations. * High turnover. Several key leaders and employees have left Finance over night. The CFO or new leaders she brought in don't value respect or retention. Everyone is replaceable. Only a few old time leaders in Finance remain and they hold the team together. * Fear of retaliation. People are afraid to talk and challenge things because they can get fired.
